Deposits & Payments

All services require a nonrefundable deposit. Full Set deposits are $40, Fill-In deposits are $20. The deposit will be deducted from the total price of your overall service. The remainder of your payment is due at the time of your service and must be paid in cash or with card. Please bring exact change. TIP$ ARE APPRECIATED!

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes life does not always go as planned. However, if you have to cancel an appointment, please give a 24 hour notice. All canceled appointments, forfeit their deposit. To cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours of your appointment, please text Lex at 205-721-4236. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours until your appointment, you will be charged the remaining balance.

 

If the 15 minute grace period has passed and I have not heard from you, you are considered a "No Call, No Show." If you are a "No Call, No Show", you will not be allowed to book your next appointment online, you will need to text 205-721-4236 to reschedule another appointment. The full remaining balance will be charged to your card.

Rescheduling Policy 

If you have to reschedule, your deposit can be used for your rescheduled appointment date only once; this only applies to appointments rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance. There is a $15 rescheduling fee for appointments rescheduled on the day of or within 24 hours of your appointment time for any reason.

Service Location

Absolutely NO children/guest are allowed to your service. If you show to your appointment with a child, I will not be able to service you. Guest and kids are not allowed inside of the salon. I am located at 2231 Victory Lane Suite 900 Hoover, AL 35216.

Late Fees

If you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule. Please be mindful there are other appointments following yours. In very few cases am I able to squeeze you in, if not there is a $30 rescheduling fee.

Services Outside of Regular Hours

If you would like to schedule an appointment outside of the normal business hours, it is possible depending on my personal schedule but will cost $25 for fills and $50 for full sets, in addition to your service price. To book outside of normal hours, text 205-721-4236. I do not offer/accept same day appointments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get my lash extensions wet?

Yes! Its perfectly fine to get them wet after the first 48 hours. You should be cleaning them every 2-3 days with the appropriate lash cleanser and water. ​

How long do lash extensions last?​

If proper aftercare is followed, your lash extensions can typically last anywhere from 3-6 weeks. Of course they will shed as your natural lashes do. Because of this fill-ins are highly recommend every 2-3 weeks.

Can I continue with my day-to-day activities?

Yes, after 24 hours you can return to working out, swimming, or any other everyday activities.

How do I remove my lash extensions?

Lash removal is a very simple, pain-free process but can only be performed by your lash tech. It is extremely important that you do NOT attempt to remove any lashes yourself. Doing so can damage your natural lashes. The lash removal process is applying a gel remover to properly remove your lashes.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

No, as long as the correct aftercare is followed your lashes will be fine.

Is the process painful?

No. This is a very relaxing process, most clients will take a nap during the process.

How long does the application  process take?

Depending on the amount of natural lashes you have, a full set process can take anywhere from 1.5-2 hours.

Will my lashes fall out?

Your natural lashes are on a lash cycle and already shed as part of your natural lash growth. The lash extensions will shed with your natural lashes. The average person has between 90-120 natural lashes per eye. Each eye sheds approximately 2-5 lashes every day. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about. You will only notice your lashes shedding because an extension is attached to it but without extensions, our lashes already naturally shed.
